• Orders — A request by You to purchase a service or product from Us.

Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so, provided the service has not yet been delivered or substantially commenced.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform Us by sending a clear statement to hey@shubhamchugh.com before the 7-day window expires.

Refund Conditions

We will issue a refund no later than 14 days from the day We receive and approve your cancellation or return request. Refunds will be made via the same payment method You used for the original Order, at no additional cost to You.

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Services that have already been fully delivered or completed.
• Digital products or custom work made to Your specific requirements.
• Services where work has substantially commenced with Your prior approval.
• Subscription services after the current billing period has been used.

Non-Returnable Services

Due to the nature of digital services and custom deliverables, the following cannot be returned:

• Ad campaign setup and management (once live and running).
• Completed SEO audits or strategy documents.
• Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted.
• Any service where the deliverable has been handed over and used.

Disputed Work

If You believe the work delivered does not match what was agreed upon, please contact Us within 7 days of delivery at hey@shubhamchugh.com. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer revisions, partial refunds, or a full refund at our discretion.
